I decided to take an aerobics class for seniors. I bent, twisted, gyrated, jumped up and down, and perspired for an hour. But, by the time I got my leotards on, the class was over.

I printed out onto 220 gram card and mounted on a 7 by 5 card using DST ,decoupaged with sticky pads and attached a beaded elasticated bow down spine.

I printed this sheet onto 160gsm card and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image onto a cream base card and added the decoupage, greeting and sentiment using foam pads.
I am with Adeline all the way on this one - I am beginning to perspire thinking about it. A fun card which is easy to make and we all know someone this card will suit.
