I printed the sheet onto 160gsm paper,trimmed to fit the card,folded in half,added double sided tape and placed inside the matching Stella Halloween card.

With this design for an insert, I first printed it out onto white printing paper, there was no need to cut this insert out, so I just scored and folded and is now ready to be placed inside my card
