Printed onto glossy photo paper. Attached base image to card stock using ds tape. Built up image with 1mm foam pads. Added gems.
I placed the base layer of this design onto good quality card stock. I then decoupaged the remaining elements on top. I then added fine clear glitter to the gems. To complete the card I placed the matching insert inside.
