Mounted onto pearlised card with punched border, decoupaged with foam pads, added tinsel to the hat, gems and pearls, tied ruffled ribbon round the spine and to complete I added the matching insert available separately.
I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added some clear gems to complete this fabulous card.
