There is a centrally-placed text panel edged diagonally with roses. There are 2 text panels - 1 is left blank for a greeting of your choosing, the other reads: Sending Birthday Wishes on Your Special Day
This is a very simplistic design for an A5 card. There's a topper and several decoupage layers consisting of lilac roses merged in to the background and lilac roses surrounding a centre-placed text panel.

I mounted onto an A5 card with a punched border down the side and decoupaged with sticky pads. I added my sentiment in the centre to finish off this beautiful design

With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the main design base onto the front of a light blue C5 card, I then made up the design, this I did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a beautiful design for a birthday, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
