There is a large decoupage text panel that reads: Class ... Can't be Bought.
This sheet has a topper, designed for use with an 8x8 card blank. The design is a beautiful dress with floral elements, perfect for those stylish occasions. Decoupage is included on the sheet. Please see the text detail for sentiments.

I printed out the design sheet on to 200gsm photo paper and cut out the elements. I attached the main image to a black card. I added the decoupage layers using foam pads. To decorate I used crystal gems on the flowers and some white pearls in the top corner.
A lovely card that could be used for several occasions.
