Refreshing Spring Welcome
This card topper is about spring, and can be used two ways,
You can use the round panel as part of the decoupage on the front of the card topper,and then add the flowers, or
you could use the round panel inside the card to decorate the inside, and just use the flower tops and butterflies for the decoupage on the front.

Using a pink backing sheet, I cut and layered all the pieces using foam pads, finishing off with gold peel off borders around and across the main print, gold corners and greeting.
Printed image on glossy photo paper and cut out components. Cut basic pink card. Cut green second layer and embroidered and beaded both side borders. Cut beige top layer and hand cut a circle in which I assembled the image components. Gold-leafed edges of second and top layers.
