a decoupage sheet to congratulate the new driver has ted in his car driving along with his new licence and his car key with the words you passed on, optional tag says well done also a blank tag for the greeting of your choice, a bright and colorful topper suitable for male or female new driver.

I printed onto matt photo paper,cut out the parts and attached the base image to a glossy red linen embossed card with DST.
I edged with a black stitch effect border. I layered with foam tape and glue gel. I used glossy accents on the key.
I completed with the matching insert. Lovely bright eyecatching design to congratulate a new driver!
I printed sheet onto good quality card and cut out all the elements. I used DST to stick to a large card blank then foam pads for the layers, lastly added some peel off borders.
