I printed this sheet onto 190gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image onto a white base card and added all the decoupage using foam pads. Another great card from Carol.

I placed the base layer of this design onto good quality card stock and then decoupaged the remaining elements on top.
I then added tiny amounts of fine clear glitter to the gems and also around the sungl. To complete the card I placed the matching insert inside.
