Closed to Make Toys Card Topper & Decoupage
This is a scenic Christmas Card, with animals in the tree, and roaming around the elves house, The elves are closed and will only take orders for toys.
When making this card topper , the elf that is standing with his hands up should be the last piece added because he overlaps the tree.
This is also a very nice card topper, to just print and cut out and mount to a plain card top for easy mailing.
The sentiment tags, also can be used for extra Gift Tags.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 6 x 6 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I added glitter to the snow on the roof and on the tree to enhance this gorgeous Christmas card.
I printed the decoupage on matte photo paper, glued scrapbook paper to card stock, then glued decoupage on top of that.
Used different brands of glitter. I also used lacquer and metallic watercolor paints.
