Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Cut out all pieces. Attached main piece to a white card base with the borders punched out and red showing through. Attached other pieces using foam pads.

I used matte photo paper for decoupage. Glued that to card stock using scrapbook paper for the background. Encrusted it with all kinds of glitter, used flocking, lacquer, and watercolor paints.
