Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto green card. I used silicone for the decoupage and finished of with a white insert.

I printed this topper on card stock. Put it all together with sticky pads. Then I cut another piece of card stock of that size. I used silver metallic paper for the borders. Then I glued a background on the card stock Then the topper on top of that.
