What a gorgeous design! I printed onto matt white 160gsm paper, fixed the base of the card onto a silver card, then added the decoupage elements and greeting.
Just a final finishing touch with a sparkly border around the inner rectangle.
To ring the changes, this design also looks fab mounted on a dark blue or ice blue card.
