Copied to glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements. matted to embossed silver mirror card and then to blue card stock which has also been embossed. Used foam pads for all the decoupage. Added some blue gems and the greeting tag.
Such a pretty design with some beautiful blue tones contrasted by the pink bow. Suitable for various occasions.
Printed on 135 gsm paper, I cut out all of the elements and decoupaged using foam pads, I then mounted the image onto the card using dst.
This is a lovely design.
