A delightful card to make that is easy to make up. A great card that would suit any female occasion. Matching insert also available for purchase. Lovely once done. Cut out smaller portions and attach to the main image using silicone or sticky pads.

Printed onto glossy photo paper. Attached base image to card stock using ds tape. Built up image with 1mm foam pads. Added dark red bow.
I printed onto 190gsm matte photo paper, cut out all elements, mounted the main topper onto an A5 White card using DST, added the decoupage using foam pads, finished off with gold peel off borders and a touch of glitter.
Printed main design onto 130gsm matte inkjet paper and mounted base picture onto red card stock. Attached 3D elements with foam pads and used a border sticker around the edge. Added a hint of glitter, faux gems and added greeting.
