Stella Wants a Recount
a decoupage sheet featuring Stella who is sat with her birthday cake looking rather glum her comment being.... I'm not that old.... I demand a recount!
Oh poor Stella I'm sure at heart she is only 18.

I printed the sheet out onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto Ice blue mirror card, added a feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.
I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Diamond Stickles to add some sparkle. I added a die cut swirl to embellish.
Printed onto good quality card cut out all the pieces added base to a white card blank used foam pads to add the layers lastly added some gems another fab Stella card.
