Stella Says Things Are Lower

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after i had cut the elements out, i placed the main design base onto the front of my card, then i added a silver border all round the outside edges of the design, i then made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads, to finish my card i added a white and black ribbon and bow down the left handside edge of the card, and placed a pearl in the centre, this is another terrific, fun design from Stella, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done.
