With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the design base onto the front of a light blue C5 card, i then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific, fun birthday design with Stella, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image directly onto a white base card and added the decoupage using foam pads. To finish I added gems to those on the image.
Another piece of good advice from Stella, which is quick and easy to make too!
