A beautiful design
I printed the image on Matt photo paper and cut out the elements
I added the Topper to the card base with double sided tape and mounted the layer's with foam pads and finished with a few pearl embellishment

Printed on glossy photo paper and cut out all elements. Printed grey snowflakes pattern on to 6.5x6.5 card and glued main card front on using DST and leaving room around border to show pattern underneath. Added elements using DS foam tape and finished by highlighting centres of flowers with gold glitter.
