Stella a Work in Progress
a decoupage sheet featuring Stella who is stood with her red hat on her comment being.... I'm a work in progress ... but I can't remember where I put the damn instructions!

Printed on good quality photo paper cutout and layered onto a lilac card with punched out border I then added a lilac crystal on the hat to complete this gorgeaus design.
I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I covered a white base card with a Debbi Moore backing paper and attached the main image centrally.
I added all the decoupage using foam pads and to finish I added gems to those on the design. Stella has a card for everyone.
I printed this lovely design onto good quality photo paper then mounted onto mauve card. I added decoupage using 2 mm thick foam pads
