With this design, i placed the main design base on a cream a6 card leaving a border all around, the end of the tail, overlaps a tat, so i strengthened it so it wont crease, it seems to make the dragon lift up from the background, i then built up the decoupage, finishing off with two of the sentiments, its a great design for any little boy or girl.
