The sheet was printed on to photo paper. The main image has been cur out using a fancy blade then attached to yellow card. The layers were added using foam pads.

A great get well card, this design was printed on 220 matte photo paper and glued onto 300 gsm card decoupage was attached with sticky pads, a nice matching insert inside and comes with a yellow envelope to match.
