A cute design for a A5 card. A little girl holding balloons & her doll, with a big cake with a lit candle & a big number six.
It has a sentiment tag on the card front to add your own greeting and you could add a name or age to the balloons.
With easy to cut out decoupage layers to make a very special card perfect for a little girl on her 6th birthday!

Printed onto decoupage paper and cut out. Placed the main image onto a teal card with tape and then added the layers using foam pads. I added blue gems and a butterfly.
