With easy to cut out decoupage layers to make a very special card perfect for a little girl on her 2nd birthday!

I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper. Made a white A5 card and attached the main image to the front of it using DST, then cutting to the shape.
Added the decoupage with glue gel.
On the inside of the card I added pink lace to the top and down the side.
I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper, cut out the elements and mounted the base image onto an A5 card trimming away the uncovered card.
I added the layers using sticky pads before adding its matching insert, cup512009_38 Happy Birthday Over The Edge Insert Pink, using DSST.
