I would like to know if you could do your Tatty Teddy "Life begins at 40" Birthday card (cup841815_43516)

for me but with some changes ?

If possible on the balloon could I have "Happy 60th Birthday" And then the label "For my Sister Mary"

Same Pink and Grey colours please and if possible decoupage & Insert ? Needed for 25th May 2019 - If possible
