I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image to the front of a blue card, then cut around the scalloping to reveal the card inner.
To this I added a deckle edge glitter 'ribbon'. I then added all the decoupage.
A very cute card for the newcomer in any family!!
