I cut out the base image and put into black card with DST and then placed it onto cream pearlescent 300gm card.
I then cut out the decoupage image of the baby sleeping and attached it with foam mounts.
I used pale blue gemstones to decorate the edge of the cloud envelope and the babies blanket and attached a blue and white spotted ribbon
