I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and assembled the stack. I attached it to a white DL card and added blue strips cut with scalloped scissors to simulate more water.
Then I arranged various stickers fitting the theme and made up the sentiment panels.
This is such a fun image, I could see it being used often for dog lovers and learn-to-swimmers.
