I printed off the design onto some premium lightweight card. All of the pieces were cut out. The main square was matt and layered onto cream then blue card then attached to an A5 white card blank.
The smaller elements were decoupaged onto the card front using raised sticky foam pads. I added my sentiments around the oval using peel offs.
