Printed and fixed to an A5 white tent card then trimmed to exact fit. I added the rose panel from cup82879_692 (Black Rose and Starflowers) with its four corner decoupage gems, a pink butterfly brad and a Happy Birthday peel-off which I coloured black to co-ordinate.
