I was drawn to this sheet because it looked so serene and happy. I printed it onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image directly onto a white base card and added the decoupage using foam tape and pads.
I finished by adding a sentiment and this card really needs nothing more - spectacular! and suitable for any occasion
