Katie Snow Blue Christmas

I printed this cute design onto decoupage paper and cut it out. Placed the main image onto A5 card with tape and then added the layers using foam pads. I added glitter to the edge of the sentiment and also to the hat, scarf and gloves.

I used snow dust on the snowballs.
