The image was printed on satin photo paper. An XL DL card was covered with a pale blue grunge paper (CUP) using dst. The main image was attached to the card using dst and the decoupage layer attached using glue gel.

I love the way that the band is raised as a strip on the card. It makes the cutting very simple and quick as you the fiddliest things you are cutting out are the hats and ears.
I printed the design on matte photo paper, cut out all the parts and raised the band on 1mm foam squares.
I then flat stuck my finished design to a patterned gloss card. Quick, simple and fun!
