I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image onto a white base card and added the decoupage using foam pads.
Quite worried about our Stella here, Is she really being nice or as she forgotten what she was going to say.
Perhaps she has started her New Year Resolutions early!!! Who knows? Whatever has happened makes this the number one card to collect - it could quite easily become a rarity!!! Cheers Stella!!
