a quick make topper sheet featuring that wonderful lady Ethel who is yet again celebrating her 29th birthday the caption being.... I'm not short... I'm just more down to earth than most people!

I placed the base layer of this design onto good quality card stock leaving a small border all round. I then decoupaged the remaining elements on top. I then added silver peel off corners and completed the card with placing the matching insert inside.
I printed on to glossy photo paper and cut out the parts. I covered a C5 card blank with pink and orange background, cup183387_703, and attached the base image with DST. I edged this with a plain bright pink border and layered with foam tape and silicone.
I added touches of cristal stickles to the flowers and a bright pink gem to the text. A fab fun card for ladies of a certain stature and unspecified age!!
