Printed on 200gsm card cutout and attached to a blue easel card added diecut lace border and blue bow to complete this gorgeaus design.
I printed onto smooth white card then cut out, I added the base design to a blank card then mounted the decoupage with thin foam pads, Sure to bring a smile.
