I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card landscape. I assembled the decoupage and envelope design using thin foam tape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.
I added the greeting using a brad from my craft box.

Before printing this card I typed Happy BIrthday at the bottom left corner. I then printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on do card stock I then assembled the decoupage on to the card.
