Printed on good quality photo paper cutout and layered onto a black backing then onto a white card with a pretty border to complete this gorgeous design.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I added the panel and assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
