Printed this design onto smooth white card,then cut out all the elements,I took a square blank card and matted with blue cloud paper,to this I added the base design,then built the decoupage layers with foam pads,and finished by adding a greeting.Such a lovely view,makes this card suitavle for many occasions.

I matted onto gold card before mounting onto a 7 x 7 scalloped edge card and added the layers using sticky pads.
I added my sentiment to the bottom and finished off with a gold elasticated bow to the spine
