My Little Rooms Mini-kit - Green Damask
These designs make up into a beautiful 3D card, yet their construction is really simple and easy to do. The view through the window in the centre of the room is set back in reversed decoupage, giving a lovely feeling of depth and reality, whilst at the front there are lots of decoupage elements for you to add if you choose to - the decision is yours!
All the cards fit into a standard 8x8 inch envelope and there is a picture tutorial with every kit, as well as lots of greetings tiles for different occasions and family members.
This design is set in a soft green drawing room, a bird in a cage, embroidered cushions and antique books. Looks like the lady of the house will be back in just a minute!

I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded the design as directed. I cut out the windows and added the window panel behind using strong double sided tape.
I added the panels to the main card using strong double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
I printed this kit onto 160gsm card and cut out all the pieces. I scored and folded as required and assembled the room. I then added all the decoupage using foam pads. Another great concept from Valerie and this card is not difficult to make.
