I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and the envelope and insert onto 160gsm paper and cut these out.
I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the frame, over the edge, using double sided tape.
I added the greeting to the card using thin foam tape. I assembled the envelope using strong double sided tape. I attached the insert to the inside of the card using double sided tape.
