I mounted onto an 8 x 8 card with a punched ribbon border and decoupaged all the pieces using sticky pads.
I threaded blue spotty ribbon through the punched border and added matching blue spotty card candy to each corner.
I added my chosen sentiment to the top right to finish off this stunning design
I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I added some glitter to her pearly necklace and to the centre of the flower on her headband.
