Z Fold Exercise, Really? Including Template

Another in my Z fold series. This time its tongue in cheek for the senior gentlemen, who, like me, don't rate exercise.

The card size is 15cm x 15cm (6ins x 6 ins) and folds flat for posting in a regular 6 x 6 envelope.

The Z fold cards are very easy to make but look really good. All the elements are included, and there are tags for 'Whenever I feel like exercise I lie down until the feeling passes' and 'Take it easy on your Birthday'.

The matching insert, which on this type of card is on the back is 'Best wishes on your birthday'.
