Album Balloons - Silver

A 8x8 card shaped like an photograph album cover. there are 8 cards in the series each having a different image, flower and balloon colour

The image is set behind an opaque screen through and round which flowers grow, and a large group of coloured balloons drift upwards.

The kit includes the front and a back.insert, as well as decoupage pieces, most of which are step by step apart from the flowers.

A tag* is provided for your own use.

A useful card for different occasions, and is resizable [instructions on my store front on how to achieve reduction to 7x7 or 6x6]
