Hi Lynn I have just purchased this card and it's not downloading all the pages I'm only getting the preview the instructions and the one of the pages have tried downloading it 3 times now can you help

HI. Carole, As far as I remember I didn't have any trouble with the layers and yes I agree a quarter of an inch does make a big difference. Sorry I can't help more.
