I used an 8 x 8 card blank as my base but left enough to punch and layer a border.

I trimmed the front to the shape of the design and decoupaged all the pieces using sticky pads. I added my sentiment to the front.

The butterfly was too thin at the body for me to cut out so I added a punched butterfly as I do like to decoupage my butterflies at the body and not the wings (but this is personal choice).

I added a gold elasticated bow to the spine to finish off this stunning design
