Little Birdy Offset Diamond Mini Kit
Card with offset diamond shape featuring a cute little bird with flowers. The kit includes the card front, insert, decoupage and sentiment tags. There are 2 sentiments or a blank tag for your own message making this card suitable for many different occasions.
This is the tutorial for my Offset Diamond Card Mini Kits. They are very simple to make, but very effective when done. The finished size is approximately 8" x 8".

Mounted onto white 8 x 8" scalloped edge card after reducing the size by 5%, cut round the shape of topper, decoupaged with foam pads, added co-ordinating ribbon, wooden bird embellishments, feathers and a worm, there are lots of layers for decoupage which I love, chalked all round the edges of the card with brown chalk and added the insert using DST, a lovely design which is so easy to make.
I printed this kit onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image directly onto a white base card and cut around the scallops. I then put the insert in and added the decoupage using foam pads.
To finish I added large silver corner peel offs and a yellow paper bow with gem. (this bow is from a selection on cup512903_2013) A beautiful card which will be useful for many different occasions.
