I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and the insert onto 160gsm paper and cut these out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.
I attached the insert to the inside of the card using double sided tape. I added the panel and assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I added a blob of silicone glue under one wing of the butterfly to give more definition. This gorgeous card also comes with a matching gift card and tag.
I printed the card elements onto 230gsm photo paper and the insert onto 100gsm paper and cut out all the pieces.
I attached the main image and the insert onto a green rose-embossed base card and added all the decoupage and a sentiment using foam pads.
A beautiful card that is easy to make and suitable for many occasions.
