Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto spotty paper, then onto white card. I used silicone for the decoupage and DST to mount the insert.

I printed on to matte photo paper at half size. Mounted the topper on to white paper, turquoise paper and black card. Layered all elements. Added a net bow with ribbon rose. A sentiment can be added if required. A gorgeous design.
