I printed the card elements onto 230gsm photo paper and the insert onto 100gsm paper and cut out all the pieces.
I attached the main image onto a white base card and added the decoupage using foam pads. A gorgeous card with a very special message.
There is so much decoupage in this beautiful design that I felt it was too much for one card. I printed it onto photo paper and cut it all out and divided it into three cards each one different and for various occasions.
One is mounted onto a cream coloured card which has a fancy edge cut out, with one decoupage layer and Happy Birthday. The insert is glued to a white card with Thank You added and I used two of the extra butterflies and glued them on and added flower gems.
The third card I made as a Friendship card using just one layer of decoupage of butterfly and flowers.
